A grassroots, comprehensive watershed approach to improving our environment
Proctor Creek used to be a source of pride in our community -- a place where children played, a place where people were baptised, and a place where people could fish.
The Proctor Creek Stewardship Council is a grassroots group of stakeholders who live and work in the watershed. Supported by partner organizations including the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, Community Improvement Association, Eco-Action, Georgia State University, Westside Communities Alliance, and many others, the Council works together to identify solutions to the challenges facing the watershed and press for radical action.
